Contacts for Care Community Camps

We book people into a Care Community Camp after they have been referred by the Cancer Society or a similar organisation, or a doctor or nursing staff.

Please ask your supporting medical professional to pass on your interest in staying at a Care Community Camp.

After a booking is confirmed by the trust administrator you can come to camp on your designated Friday after 5 p.m.

Directions: Camp Raglan is located at 578 Wainui Road, which is 6km south of the seaside township of Raglan.

At the town centre turn left into Wainui Road and follow it south over a one-way bridge and out of town with Wainui Beach Reserve on your right (you can't see the beach from this road).

At a Y intersection, keep heading right. As the road descends into bush you'll see a yellow 25kph slow-down sign. Slowly climb through a few corners, there's a second 25kph sign near the top, signal to turn right, give way to approaching traffic and enter the "Children's Bible Ministries" driveway (pictured). Parking is first left off the driveway, past the swimming pool.

To meet your Care hosts at the camp, walk down the drive to Bethel House, a brick motel-like building on your right that overlooks Wainui Beach.
